Fairpark Liquor Store / Kestrel Inn — Extended Trading Hours Appeal
Subcouncil 18 approved an application for extended liquor trading hours at Fairpark Liquor Store, Grassy Park. The Montagus Gift Ratepayers Association appealed, and on 24 July 2026 the City’s Special General Appeals Committee upheld the appeal and refused the application.
What this decision was not: the City refused an application for extended trading hours. It did not revoke the store’s liquor licence.
